Marriage in Fiji is legally recognised worldwide. To keep things simple, all documents must be in English.
Requirements:
- Birth Certificate for both parties
- Passport Photo for both parties (1 each)
- ID’s Photocopy (Passport)
- Divorce Paper if divorced (photocopy & original)
- Death Certificate if widow / widower (photocopy & original)
- Single Status/ Certificate of search from country of origin if parties are not Fiji Citizen
- Passport Copy first page & Arrival Stamp
