Legal documents you will need to brought with you in order to facilitate the marriage.
You will, of course, need to bring some legal papers with you. These are nothing out of the ordinary, but similar to what you would be expected to produce if you were marrying in your own country. However, they do need to be in English.

  • Valid Passports
  • Your Original or Certified Copy of your Birth Certificates
  • If you are under 21 years of age, then you will need a witnessed consent of your father (or mother if your father is deceased)
  • If you are divorced, then please ensure you bring your divorce papers
  • If you are widowed – you will need the death certificate of your former spouse
