Matanivusi’s restaurant offers an eclectic fusion of Fijian, Indian and contemporary dishes using only the freshest ingredients. We strive at being a sustainable restaurant by using  fruits grown from around the property depending on the season, vegetables cultivated in the local villages and fresh Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi from the daily catches brought in at Suva harbor. 

The Restaurant and Bar has been designed with the intention of maximizing the view of the coral fringed lagoon, whether you are enjoying fresh Trevalley cooked in coconut cream or a Matanivusi Mai Tai.  The ‘Dua Tali’ Bar (the ‘One Moore Bar’ – named in honour of a great friend – Marcus Moore) is a full service bar with a wide variety of tropical concoctions for your delight. The Bar also has a selection of wine and beers, along with a full range of spirits and liqueurs. If you are looking for something a little more romantic you can have a candle lit dinner on your private deck as the ocean waves serenade the sun to sleep or under the giant Baka (Banyan) tree.
